Hospital companion services
Our services are about logistics: getting you to your appointment and helping you through the hospital's processes. You choose the hospital and the doctor. We help with the rest of the day.
We currently arrange visits in Beijing, and we plan to add more cities in China.
Packages
Half-day hospital visit
On-site support for a shorter visit, such as a single outpatient appointment or a set of tests.

Support across several days, for visits that need a return trip, such as tests one day and a follow-up appointment on another.

We'll send a quote in CNY after reviewing your request. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm and pay.
Extra time and travel
- Overtime: [[PRICE TBD]] per 30 minutes. We only charge it if you agree on the day.
- Distant locations: a surcharge may apply when the meeting point or hospital is far from the city center: [[PRICE TBD]]. If it applies, it will be shown in your quote.
What's included
Each package includes logistics support only:
- Meeting point: we meet you at an agreed place, such as your hotel lobby or the hospital entrance.
- Wayfinding: finding the right building, floor, counter, lab, imaging area or pharmacy window.
- Registration and queues: help using the hospital's own registration counters, self-service machines and official booking channels, and keeping track of queue numbers and call screens.
- Paying at the hospital: help using the hospital's own payment counters or machines. You pay with your own payment method, directly to the hospital.
- Reports and medicine: collecting printed reports or picking up medicine from the hospital pharmacy, when the hospital allows it.
- Paperwork logistics: helping you keep track of receipts, forms and printouts so you leave with everything the hospital gave you.
You do all the talking with your doctor about your health. If it helps, we can note down practical next steps the hospital gives you, such as where to go next or when to come back, so you can check them with your doctor.
What's not included, and what we never offer
We do not:
- give medical advice or opinions;
- interpret test results, reports or images;
- choose or consent to treatment on your behalf;
- sign medical documents for you;
- adjust or advise on medication;
- hide, change or selectively pass on medical information;
- provide visa or immigration advice, or invitation letters;
- advance, collect or handle hospital or medical fees;
- accept commissions or kickbacks from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies or anyone else;
- buy, sell or resell appointment numbers;
- guarantee a registration, a named doctor, or a specific date or time slot.
Appointment availability is set by each hospital and its official booking channels.
Costs you pay directly
Hospital, lab, pharmacy and transport costs are paid by you directly to the provider. Our fee covers the hospital companion service only.
How you pay us
Our fee is charged in Renminbi (CNY), typically via Alipay or WeChat Pay. If you pay with a foreign card through Alipay or WeChat Pay, the payment provider may add a fee. That fee is set by the provider, not by us. Your booking is confirmed only after we confirm we've received your payment.

We are not an emergency service. For urgent medical help, call 120 or go to the nearest emergency department.
